The main reason I have interest is the focus on descriptive v.s. prescriptive passages. I have found that the failure to distinguish between these two forms of writing have caused massive problems both in personal and corporate christian life. In fact, a careful and faithful understanding between these two issues takes the sting out of the legalist and forces the licentious to see the imperative.
